Founded in 2023, Pind manufactures power sockets and electrical installation components at a 10,000-square-metre facility in Åmot, Modum. The company combines development, production, warehousing and sales at the site. The article describes Pind as Norway’s only full-scale manufacturer of power sockets and says its team brings more than a century of combined specialist experience.

Pind’s initial products are advanced electrical sockets, with a broader range of installation materials planned. It supplies Norwegian installers and aims to sell directly from its factory to wholesalers for use in homes, cabins and offices. Pind says buyers in the electrical industry have shown demand for Norwegian-made products.

Pind received the Made in Norway label and plans to show it first in digital channels and customer communications, then on brochures, packaging and at trade fairs.
