  • Exhibition held 29–31 October 2025 at Hongdao International Convention and Expo Center in Qingdao. The page calls the event the largest seafood trade fair in the world’s biggest seafood market and estimated 41,000 buyers from 120 countries would attend. It cites 2024 Norwegian seafood exports to China of “2.8 tonnes” (page wording) and an NOK 887 million increase in export value, particularly for salmon, mackerel and whitefish.
  • Norway’s 2025 pavilion covered 396 m² in Exhibit Hall 8, the international-country-pavilion hall, and promoted the Seafood from Norway brand. The page presented co-exhibiting as a way to meet Asian buyers and build business connections, especially in China.
  • Stand fee: NOK 8,500–9,800 per m² excluding VAT; final fee depended on the NOK/CNY exchange rate. Fee covered pavilion space, stand construction/dismantling and project management, walls/lighting/power/carpet/basic furniture, exhibitor passes, joint Norwegian branding, daily cleaning, exhibitor-list/app profile and a pre-show networking event. Participants paid their own travel and lodging; printing/mounting bespoke stand graphics was excluded but could be ordered from the stand constructor.
  • Organiser: Innovation Norway. Partner: Norwegian Seafood Council. Contact: Lin Li (lin.li@innovasjonnorge.no). Related industry: aquaculture and fisheries. The page links to the Expo website and states that companies must meet ESG/responsible-business standards, UN Guiding Principles and OECD responsible-business guidelines, and conduct due diligence.
