Norway Pavilion at ADIPEC 2025
- Norway pavilion at ADIPEC ran 3–6 November 2025 at ADNEC, Abu Dhabi. Organiser: Innovation Norway; partners: Norwegian Energy Partners and Royal Norwegian Embassy in Abu Dhabi. - Pavilion was in halls 8/9 and offered turnkey booths. Estimated rate: about NOK 18,500/m² plus mandatory USD 1,400 marketing/insurance fee. No bare-space option, although exhibitors could use their own builders at the same price. A shared company workstation with logo, graphics and screen cost NOK 120,000, subject to availability. Norwegian Promotion Group was the appointed stand builder.
- Listed booth inclusions: construction/assembly/removal; walls, furniture, lighting, power, carpet and logo; exhibitor passes, directory/web listing, marketing kit and mandatory booth insurance; storage; shared Norway branding; daily cleaning; basic furniture; exhibitors’ lounge with lunch/food service; and meeting room access, bookable/subject to availability. Extra equipment and individual decoration/building were at company cost; Work Station included a graphic display. Applications were due Friday 4 April 2025. Space was limited and neither the requested area nor previous location was guaranteed; offers were to follow after the deadline.
- Team Norway reception was scheduled Tuesday 4 November at 19:00, venue TBA. Exhibitors might receive complimentary places depending on booked space; additional seats/tables were expected to be offered at prices to be announced. ESG and responsible-business due-diligence conditions applied.
