- The session responded to recently approved Spanish offshore-wind legislation and aimed to build industrial cooperation between Norwegian and Spanish offshore-wind sectors. It introduced both countries’ industrial capacity, with particular focus on the Basque Country; Spanish partners were to outline the Spanish market, while Norwep and NOW presented Norway’s industry and bilateral collaboration opportunities.
