  • Published 23 March 2023; updated 21 September 2026; 2-minute read. ClevAir combines sensors and hardware, software, integration and management services to optimise energy use in commercial and industrial buildings. Its building-management system collects wireless data, uses secure cloud services and machine learning to adjust HVAC according to weather, indoor air quality and room occupancy. Changes are logged and can be monitored or changed in a live dashboard.

  • The system can identify waste from equipment running when unneeded or from HVAC faults, and supports continuous monitoring, remote indoor-climate management, interruption alerts and predictive maintenance. ClevAir says the solution can reduce building energy use by up to 40%. The article cites a European market of more than 2.5 million commercial buildings and says high energy prices increase the value of efficiency measures.
