From the public capture. Detailed factual notes from Business Norway. Statements and figures reflect the source at the time of capture.

  • Published 1 December 2022; updated 21 September 2026; 2-minute read. Dignio Prevent is a cloud platform built with clinicians and patients for home-based care. It combines medical measurements, questionnaires, medication and rehabilitation information so care professionals can monitor patients and respond to changes. The MyDignio app gives patients access to their data and a communication channel with clinicians; medication dispensers Medido and Pilly connect directly to the platform.
  • The article says connected care can help people with chronic conditions live more independently, support healthier routines and allow early intervention that may prevent hospital admission. It also presents the service as easing staff workload and costs and cutting transport emissions from home care. The platform is described as scalable to other patient groups, including people with HIV or cancer. Dignio received the 2017 KPMG Business Model Innovation Award in its Low Cost Business Model category and reported interest from Europe and Asia.
